1.  Feeding sheet, fold mould, stretching and forming are controlled by advanced hydraulic and pneumatic technology.

V. Other detail of the machine

 1. Machine frame is welded by 100# and 120# channel steel, structure is reasonable

 2. Upper and lower mould plate use nodular cast iron (QT500-7) which strong rigidity and resistant to shock

 3. Mould plate moving by 4pillars and pillar guide, which guide the machine running steady and increase the use life of mould.

 4. Guide pillars use 40Cr steel with tempering and electroplate hard chrome into surface mirror.

  Transmission controlled by a Dongli (Taiwan) reducer and power 3.7kw, with frequency converter timing (Fuji/Japan), accurately feeding, strong power and stable.

 5. Feeding sheet caterpillar uses 4/8” toothed with double chains, cooling is stainless tube.

 6. Heating cabinet is made of stainless steel plate, upper and lower pre-heating, with (Jiangsu) ceramic tiles inside. Outside with attemperator to save energy, upper and lower heating cabinet moved by cylinder.

 7. Heating by heating cabinet with total 12lines of tiles. 8lines vertically and 4lines horizontally.

 8. Forming by stretching cylinder with size ?160×175mm,which has fast speed, improve product transparency and evenness.

 9. Folding mould and automatic cutting use the principle of injection machine, up and down moving driven by hydraulic oil-cylinder connecting rod, running range is 180mm. which has high speed, low noise, high output. Oil-cylinder uses imported sealing, connecting-rod consisted by nodular cast iron with 38crmoA1A steel bushing and steel shaft, which has the advantages of high wear-resisting and long use life, etc.                                                                                         

 10. Winding is a on-line way, mainly the recycling sheet after forming and punching,

 11. Worm speed reducer motor of winding:0.37kw
