二.機組特點:

1.成型組與橫切刀架組合連接,適用于各類型片材熱塑負壓成型,尤其適應冷凝器淋水塑片負壓成型。 

2.機器與搭配的模具設計有重復段。制品每版對接處不產生接紋線條。 

3.工作模臺適應模具面積最大寬1100x1300mm,適應制品剪切后面積1000*1250.

 

三.片材生產工藝:

塑片上料→預熱→負壓成型→脫?!鷻M切。

五、  單機組成:

A、   放片架:

● 氣動抬片,減輕操作者勞動強度。汽缸采用臺灣亞德客汽缸SC125*450,最大可抬片直徑φ1000mm。 

●  上膠下鋼夾棍電動送片,采用擺輥感應驅動電機送片。夾片采用臺灣亞德客SI40*50。減速電機采用國產品牌速博雷爾RV063-0.75-4P-25-B3渦輪減速機。觸碰開關采用國際平牌接近開關。啟停自動控制。 

● 抬片架采用國標型鋼與型材組合。具有高強度以及耐用型。

 

B、   成型機:

● 加熱電爐采用上下爐結構,整體可橫向退爐。退爐汽缸采用臺灣亞德客SI63*1200. 

● 加熱瓦片采用陶瓷輻射加熱器,型號122*122,加熱功率400W,上下輻射加熱器共計99*2=198片。分2*9=18路控溫??販夭捎萌毡靖皇?/span>PID調節控溫。固態采用臺灣優凱特。精確控制塑片溫度,確使塑片溫度均勻,提高塑片成型制品質量。 

● 加熱電爐上下絲桿可手動調節至塑片的最佳輻射加熱高度,適應各類物料加熱波段。 

● 加熱有保溫隔熱裝置,在生產過程中可減少熱量的損失,減少功耗。 

● 電爐外結構采用優質不銹鋼組成。 

● 成型機機架采用國標100*100方管焊接。 

● 模臺采用QT500珠光體型球墨鑄鐵,具有中高等強度、中等韌性和塑性,綜合性能較高,耐磨性和減振性良好,鑄造工藝性能良好等特點。 

● 模臺開合采用液壓控制。品牌油缸110*151兩支。 

● 液壓電磁閥合資品牌,液壓油泵以及冷卻器均采用國產品牌。 

● 液壓馬達采用15KW2.2kw大小泵控制。 

● 送片裝置采用閉合式鏈軌輸送,鏈軌采用優質合金鋼氮化處理,具有強度高,耐磨性好等優點。

 

● 送片驅動采用日本安川2.9伺服馬達以及控制器,配合東歷伺服減速機,減速比為10:1,精確控制送片長度,裁切長度。 

● 鏈軌寬度采用手動絲桿調節,以便適應不同制品寬度。 

● 模臺導柱潤滑系統以及上下五支點潤滑采用自動油脂潤滑系統。 

● 成型采用負壓吸塑成型。真空泵采用德國BUSCH普旭RA0100F進口原裝真空泵,功率2.2Kw。 

● 上模臺調節采用電動自動調模裝置,調模減速齒輪馬達采用臺灣東歷PL40-2200-100S3-B。 

● 上模臺調節采用鏈條串聯,控制模臺同步升降。 

● 成型上下工作模臺均配置正負壓通氣孔,用于負壓吸塑成型,(根據客戶需要可配置正壓吹氣成型)。上下吹氣脫模。

 

● 成型上下工作模臺均配置正負壓通氣孔,用于負壓吸塑成型,(根據客戶需要可配置正壓吹氣成型)。上下吹氣脫模。 

● 五支點采用45#碳素鋼鍛件,銷軸采用40Cr合金鋼鍛件。具有高強度,耐扭矩,耐磨性強。 

● 五支點導向軸采用45#鍍鉻軸,確使五支點不偏移,穩定合模的可靠性。 

● 模臺導柱采用P20鍛件,四導柱結構,穩定可靠。 

● 模臺開合模油缸控制采用日本歐姆龍接近開關。 

● 熱封板開合采用臺灣亞德客SI50*150。

 

C、   橫切機:

● 橫切機架采用國標型鋼與國標型材組合。 

● 接料采用輸送帶輸送后收集制品。輸送帶采用PVC條式輸送帶。輸送馬達RV050-0.37-4P-30-B3速博雷爾渦輪減速馬達。 

● 橫切機架進退采用臺灣上銀HG25CA-1500直線導軌導正,手動調節進退。 

● 橫切配置一把刀片,采用德國FESTO無桿汽缸OSP-P32-1100驅動刀片。 

● 縱切配置3把刀片,可對開,可切邊。采用德國FESTO無桿汽缸OSP-P32-1300驅動刀片。 

● 縱切導向采用臺灣上銀直線導軌HG25CA-1500直線導軌導正. 

● 橫切機壓片采用臺灣亞德客汽缸SI63-80。 

● 油壓緩沖器采用臺灣亞德客ACA2040

 

D、   廢邊卷取機:

● 與橫切機安裝組合。結構合理,簡單,節省空間。 

● 配置廢邊卷取裝置2套,以便不停機更換卷軸。操作方便,簡單。 

● 卷取驅動馬達為60WJSCC國際品牌減速齒輪馬達。 

● 卷取裝置為上下排列裝置。

 

E、   電氣控制系統:

● 人機界面采用臺灣維綸觸摸屏。 

● PLC采用日本歐姆龍工業計算機控制器。 

● 伺服驅動采用安川伺服馬達 

● 溫控表采用富士PID控溫調節模塊,更精確控制溫度。 

● 開關以及斷路器均采用TCL. 

● 按鈕、接觸器均采用法國施耐德。 

● 接近開關以及中間繼電器使用日本歐姆龍。

五、  單機組成:

A、   放片架:

● 氣動抬片,減輕操作者勞動強度。汽缸采用臺灣亞德客汽缸SC125*450,最大可抬片直徑φ1000mm。
