二.機組特點:

u 采用立式三輥絲桿升降機壓合形式,且升降可調,易觀察、易操作。

u 低耗性:比同類國產機節省電能20%;

u 片材塑化佳且成型后穿片曲線走向,進一步保證片料的穩定性,無橫紋;

三.片材生產工藝:

原料預處理

用擠出機將顆粒狀物料加熱、輸送、壓縮;

物料通過分散混合、熔體均化,再以壓力輸入過濾器和平擠模頭;

  熔體在模頭內均勻定量穩壓擠出;

  膜片成型;

三輥壓片、冷卻、定型;

切廢邊至要求幅寬尺寸;

自然冷卻輸送片材;

收卷廢邊;

牽引片材;

恒張力收卷成型。

● 機筒螺桿材質采用38CrMoAla氮化鋼。高拋光,高硬度,耐磨性螺桿。

● 機筒螺桿長徑比為36:1

● 減速機:國茂ZLYJ375-10-V橡塑專用擠出機

● 驅動馬達:江門江晟165Kw-6P交流電機

● 調速形式:歐瑞180KW變頻器調速

● 機筒加熱方式:8區不銹加熱器一套,6×12Kw=96Kw

● 機筒冷卻方式:強風制冷,冷卻風機8×250W=20000w

二.Unit features:

1. Adopt the vertical three-roll screw elevator press form, and the rise and fall can be adjusted, easy to observe, easy to operate.

2. Low consumption: 20% energy saving compared with similar domestic machines;

→ raw material pretreatment

→ use extruder to heat, transport and compress granular materials;
