制 杯 車 間 環 境 衛 生 作 業 標 準

1    目的
規范車間生產作業,確保車間衛生清潔。

2    適用范圍
制杯生產車間。

3    職責

3.1  班長負責安排衛生任務。

3.2  衛生員負責車間衛生的清掃、整潔。

3.3  衛生員負責跟衣柜、辦公室、衛生間的清掃、整潔。

3.4  開機人員負責機器衛生的維護。

3.5  班長、品管員負責對車間衛生的監督。

4    程序

4.1  作業準備

4.1.1  班長根據衛生每天情況安排衛生員進行擦洗。

4.1.2  衛生員、門禁人員準備衛生用具:干凈毛巾(碎布)、地板刷、拖把、水管、洗潔精等。

4.2  車間衛生作業方法

4.2.1  清掃通道及地面:先將水注入拖車,把拖把放入拖車里浸濕;然后用拖把來回不斷地拖洗,必要的地方用地板刷刷幾遍,再用拖把拖洗,保證通道無雜物,地面無積污等雜物。(拖一遍車間大概需要換8次水)

4.2.2  擦玻璃:先用干凈毛巾(碎布)沾洗潔精擦一遍,然后用干凈的濕毛巾擦洗,最后用干毛巾擦干凈,保證玻璃表面污漬,灰塵等雜物。

4.2.3  擦窗臺:用濕毛巾在窗臺上用力擦幾次。必要時用水沖洗,除去表面污跡,塵土、蜘蛛網等雜物。

4.2.4  擦紗窗:用干凈的地板刷刷洗,邊刷洗邊用水把灰塵,其它雜物沖掉,如不好洗,可拆下清洗,直至干凈為止。

4.2.5  擦通道門簾:先用濕毛巾把門簾 一條條來回擦洗,然后用干毛巾擦干,如上面有難清洗的污垢,可取下用清潔劑泡洗,直至干凈為止。

4.2.6  擦通道門:用地板刷(毛巾)沾上洗潔精擦洗,然后用濕毛巾擦洗幾遍,最后用干毛巾擦干。

4.2.7  擦墻壁:用濕毛巾(碎布)來回擦洗,然后用水管沖洗,再用毛巾擦干水珠,保證瓷磚表面光滑亮麗且無污跡料液等。

4.2.8  擦電控箱:先用干凈毛巾弄濕,然后擰干,再用毛巾擦干,然后在電控箱上表面擦動,直至干凈為止,嚴禁用濕毛巾擦洗。

4.2.9  擦消防栓:先用濕毛巾擰干后擦表面,然后用干毛巾擦干水珠除去灰塵,雜物,不可將封條損壞。

4.2.10      擦滅火器:用濕毛巾擰干擦噴嘴、手柄及表面,除去表面灰塵等雜物。

4.2.11      擦壁扇:先斷電源,等扇葉停止后,折開外蓋拿下來用毛巾沾上洗潔精擦葉片,再擦外蓋,最后用水洗干凈用干毛巾(碎布)擦干,然后把外蓋復位擰緊。

4.2.12      擦照明燈:先斷電源,然后把梯子固定在照明燈下面,專人扶梯,衛生員爬上梯站穩,用干毛巾(碎布)擦照明燈、燈管及燈罩,直至干凈后下梯,收梯。

4.2.13      清洗排水溝:先將水溝上的鐵架拿開放在一邊,然后用地板刷在水溝兩側和底面用力地刷洗,再用水向一個方向沖洗,直至清潔,再將鐵架清洗干凈最后將鐵架復原。

4.2.14      擦文件柜:用毛巾(碎布)先擦打后正面,然后擦兩側,擦幾遍,保證文件柜表面清潔。

4.2.15      擦辦公桌:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至辦公桌表面無墨跡、灰塵、膠紙等雜物。(辦公人員應每天保持自己桌面干凈整潔。)

4.2.16      擦包片材袋子:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至袋子表面無灰塵,發現袋口敞開的,請封好。

4.2.17      擦地牛:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至干凈為止。

4.2.18      擦手推車:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,如上面有難清洗的污垢,可用清潔劑泡洗,直至干凈為止。

4.2.19      擦凳子:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至表面無灰塵。

4.2.20      擦屋頂:用氣吹工具將表面上的灰塵吹掉。

4.3 更衣室及辦公室衛生作業方法

4.3.6  擦辦公桌:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至辦公桌表面無墨跡、灰塵、膠紙等雜物。

4.3.7擦電話機:用擰干的濕毛巾(碎布)先擦聽筒及機身表面,然后用干凈的毛巾擦洗,尤其是數字之間,做到電話機無污跡、灰塵。

4.3.8  擦空調:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至空調表面無灰塵。

4.3.9  擦打印機:先斷電,再把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至打印機表面無灰塵。

4.3.10擦飲水機:先斷電,再把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至飲水機表面無灰塵、污跡。

4.3.11擦椅子:用干毛巾將椅子表面的灰塵擦掉,如上面有污漬,可適當選用濕毛巾擦洗,直至椅子表面無灰塵、污跡。

4.3.12  清洗排水溝:先將水溝上的鐵架拿開放在一邊,然后用地板刷在水溝兩側和底面用力地刷洗,再用水向一個方向沖洗,直至清潔,再將鐵架清洗干凈最后將鐵架復原。

4.3.13  清洗衛生間:先用潔廁劑浸泡,再用潔廁刷刷洗,直至清洗干凈為止。

4.3.14  清洗洗手池:先用濕布擦洗,,如上面有難清洗的污垢,可用清潔劑泡洗,直至干凈為止。

4.4 機器衛生作業方法

4.4.1  清洗機器臺面:先把干毛巾(碎布)弄濕,擰干后擦表面、四側,然后用干毛巾(布條)將水擦干,直至機器臺面無灰塵、雜物等。

4.4.2清理機器:用干布將機器中的雜物清理干凈,做到無雜物。

4.5 班長、品管員嚴格監督衛生員的清掃清潔的程度,如手摸有灰塵、表面有雜物、污漬等現象,要其重新清洗直至干凈為止。

4.6注意事項

4.6.1衛生員應注意“死角”的清掃清潔。

4.6.2在高空作業時,應有專人扶梯,注意安全。

4.6.3在清洗電機設備時,應在斷掉電源情況下作業。

4.6.4衛生清洗時間安排如附件。

1. PurposeStandardize workshop operation, ensure workshop cleanliness.

2. Scope of applicationCup making workshop.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 Monitor is responsible for arranging cleaning tasks.

3.2 The hygienist shall be responsible for cleaning and tidiness of the workshop.

3.3 The hygienist is responsible for cleaning and tidiness of wardrobe, office and toilet.

3.4 Startup personnel shall be responsible for machine health maintenance.

3.5 Monitor and quality control personnel are responsible for the supervision of workshop hygiene.

4. Program

4.1 Job preparation

4.1.1 Monitor shall arrange hygienists to scrub according to daily sanitary conditions.

4.1.2 Sanitary appliances: clean towels (rags), floor brushes, mops, water pipes, detergent, etc.

4.2 Sanitary operation method in workshop

4.2.1 Clean the passageway and ground: first inject water into the trailer and put the mop into the trailer to soak;Use mop to drag repeatedly next wash, necessary place is brushed with the floor brush a few times, use mop to drag wash again, assure passageway does not have sundry, the ground does not have dirt to wait sundry.(it takes about 8 times to change water after towing the workshop)
